[CONTRA: Part 1]

A very nice homage!

Unfortunately I never played Contra, so your replication of the levels in the game was lost on me but I know what Contra's all about. I really enjoyed this animation, and loved the old-school flavour you gave to it. Well done! Although I voted 8, I still gave you a 5. :D

That was absolutely staggering...

After making a quick trip to see the first episode of this series, I came back and watched this one. Wow. It's hard to believe this sort of thing is possible really; I can't even imagine how much effort must have went into creating this masterpiece. I can't wait until number 3 (though I'm not expecting it for quite a while)!

...because I DID have a dentist appointment, about 2 hours ago! I was already nervous enough beforehand (I've had some bad experiences with dentists). Anyway, I loved your animation, great stuff. I get the feeling you might have had some bad experiences with dentists too :D

The humor was somewhat obscure...

...but the art and animation was truly fantastic. I did enjoy it, even if I wasn't too sure what point the animation was trying to make. However, I get the feeling there wasn't meant to be a point at all...

[YAAFM 9: Michael Moore]

I liked it!

I'm also extremely irritated at how many people are worshipping Michael Moore. Sorry, but the things he's doing aren't 'risky' or 'courageous', he's doing them because he's making a lot of money from it. And by the way, to the guy who just reviewed who said this -
"you take quotes out of context" - well what do you know! That's exactly what Michael Moore does in his movies too.

Not too scary, but a stunning achievement.

The directing of this animation was great - the 'camera' angles, the tense music, it was brilliant. Very, very impressive. I hope to see more from you in the future!

[Dr. Holmes part 2]

I didn't like it quite as much as I feel I should.

It was certainly very original, but I did feel it was a tad drawn out. Overall, the movie was very eerie (moreso than I expected), which is definitely to your credit. Nevertheless I am looking forward to future iterations in this series, as I can see a LOT of potential. Nice work.
